We almost exclusively use aluminum products and materials. All of our underdeck systems, screen enclosures, and pan roofs are made of aluminum. Deck materials are a choice of pressure treated lumber or composite. Insulated pan roofs are aluminum but have the option to add shingles as well.

Each job is different but the average Pan install only takes 1 day. That being said, what some customers mean by this question is in reference to lead times. Our lead times vary depending on the season but a general rule of thumb is about3-4 weeks unless quoted otherwise (Peak seasons could be longer and occasionally reach up to 6-8 weeks)

Each home and project is custom to your space and selected options. We can usually get you some ballpark numbers with a few pictures of your area. (please fill out form and submit pictures). As a reference, an existing concrete pad that is 10x14 would run around $3300 give or take. Due to material and labor cost, we do have a minimum patio cover project cost of $2400.

Aluminum pan roofs have very little maintenance requirements. Occasional cleaning to remove debris and dirt is typically sufficient to keep them looking and functioning well. These systems will last years and years with the occasional cleaning.

While aluminum can produce noise during heavy rain or hail, incorporating insulated panels can significantly reduce sound, providing a quieter environment.
