We almost exclusively use aluminum products and materials. All of our underdeck systems, screen enclosures, and pan roofs are made of aluminum. Deck materials are a choice of pressure treated lumber or composite. Insulated pan roofs are aluminum but have the option to add shingles as well.

Aluminum Materials - Our aluminum products offer a 10+ year warranty that the paint finish will not craze, crack, blister, chip, or peel for a period of Ten Years from date of original installation. This includes screen framing, underdecks and pan roofs.

Underdeck Optional Items - Lighting, fans, swings and other options are all individual manufacturer warranties. We can not warranty those items.

Labor - We offer an industry leading lifetime warranty for our workmanship. (some restrictions/requirements may apply, see warranty page)

Each job is different but the average underdeck install only takes 1-2 days. That being said, what some customers mean by this question is in reference to lead times. Our lead times vary depending on the season but a general rule of thumb is about 3-4 weeks unless quoted otherwise (Peak seasons could be longer and occasionally reach up to 6-8 weeks)

Each home and project is custom to your space and selected options. We can usually get you some ballpark numbers with a few pictures of your area. (please fill out form and submit pictures). As a reference, a standard 10x20 deck with 4 lights and 1 fan install would run about $3300. Due to material and labor cost, we do have a minimum project cost of $2000.

Our aluminum underdeck systems are designed for minimal maintenance. The materials resist mold and mildew, and the system’s design reduces debris accumulation. However, periodic cleaning to remove any debris and occasional inspections are typically sufficient to keep the system in optimal condition.

We can incorporate features such as lighting, ceiling fans, swing hooks, and screen integration into your underdeck system to enhance functionality and comfort. These additions are planned and installed to integrate seamlessly with the drainage system.

Our aluminum underdeck systems are built to last, with a lifespan that can extend for many many years with proper maintenance. The durability of the materials ensures long-term performance and reliability. We also offer annual cleaning and inspections to increase the life of your system. As durable as these systems are, pet urine in the system can deteriorate the aluminum over long periods of time. Please refrain from allowing pets to use the restroom on the top deck to prevent this. Damage due to this is not covered by warranty.

Our warranty covers leaking, dripping, and/or abnormal functionality due to improper or inadequate installation procedures. There are rare instances where due to the existing deck structure and build, that small drips may occur even after install. An example would be inadequate or non existing deck flashing, cantilever posts/beams with inadequate access for sealing, and porous walls such as brick and masonry. Upon on site consultation, we can and will point out any areas this may be a possibility and also preventative measures we will take to help eliminate those.
