We almost exclusively use aluminum products and materials. All of our underdeck systems, screen enclosures, and pan roofs are made of aluminum. Deck materials are a choice of pressure treated lumber or composite. Insulated pan roofs are aluminum but have the option to add shingles as well.

Aluminum Materials - Our aluminum products offer a 10+ year warranty that the paint finish will not craze, crack, blister, chip, or peel for a period of Ten Years from date of original installation. This includes screen framing, underdecks and pan roofs.

Screens - Actual screen material has a 1 year warranty from date of install.

Labor - We offer an industry leading lifetime warranty for our workmanship. (some restrictions/requirements may apply, see warranty page)

Each job is different but the average screen install only takes 1-2 days. That being said, what some customers mean by this question is in reference to lead times. Our lead times vary depending on the season but a general rule of thumb is about3-4 weeks unless quoted otherwise (Peak seasons could be longer and occasionally reach up to 6-8 weeks)

Each home and project is custom to your space and selected options. We can usually get you some ballpark numbers with a few pictures of your area. (please fill out form and submit pictures). As a reference, an existing covered patio that is 10x12 with 3 sides needing screened, would run around $3400 give or take. Single wall screens can be as little as $2000. Due to material and labor cost, we do have a minimum project cost of $2000.

Screen enclosures have very little maintenance requirements. Once installed, these systems will last years and years with little to no yearly maintenance.

Yes, as of 2025, we have added retractable screens to our services. There are options for manual and motorized. Please contact us to inquire about those options.

While the durability of the screens is highlighted, for specific concerns regarding pets or children, it’s advisable to discuss available options with us to ensure the chosen materials meet your needs. Sometimes, adding a kickplate or kneewall would be an option to consider.
